VP of Sales

We’re looking for the right person to lead our sales team - someone to continue developing our talented sales group, craft effective advertising solutions to fulfill our clients’ goals, and to identify new markets, new opportunities, and new sales approaches.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Lead a sales organization and develop each member of the team
  • Set and achieve sales targets
  • Work with sellers and their clients to craft solutions and marshal the organization to deliver on our promises
  • Manage and grow a book of business
  • Develop existing clients and bring in new advertisers
  • Collaborate with the executive team, product teams, and ad ops team to evolve Radiant’s value proposition
  • Exemplify old-school work ethic with next generation digital advertising savvy
  • Prospect, craft solutions, close deals, deliver value

Required experience or education

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business
  • 5+ years leading a sales team and carrying a book of business
  • A strategic mind focused on solutions-based selling as a value add over programmatic advertising
  • Experience and expertise selling lead generation solutions
  • Experience selling display, social, content, and email marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communication, writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Charisma - our business is built on relationships, collaboration, and creative problem solving

Experience or education that would help you succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree (Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent)
  • Experience selling in the faith and family verticals
  • Experience selling or working in online education, pharmaceuticals, insurance, entertainment, or cause organizations
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
